1. Purpose and scope

1.1 Purpose and scope standard. This policy applies to website browsing, accounts, searches, purchases, downloads, support interactions and use of licensed Assets. For purpose and scope, the provision is confined to accounts, checkout, catalogue access, previews, downloads, licensed Content and communications and does not enlarge the user’s rights beyond the product description, Order confirmation or applicable law.

1.2 Related provisions for purpose and scope. Within accounts, checkout, catalogue access, previews, downloads, licensed Content and communications, a question or correction about purpose and scope may be sent to info@shot-flow.com with enough detail to identify the relevant Order, account or interaction. Full payment credentials and unrelated personal information must not be sent by email.

1.3 How purpose and scope operates. To administer purpose and scope, Shot Flow uses rate limits, security controls, rights notices, payment review, investigations and proportionate enforcement. Each control is selected for the stated purpose and must not be repurposed for an unrelated objective.

1.4 Outcome for purpose and scope. The rules on purpose and scope should be read with the Terms & Conditions and every operational policy incorporated into them. Where two provisions address the same event, the more specific operational rule governs that event while mandatory law prevails over both.

1.5 Decision criteria for purpose and scope. Within accounts, checkout, catalogue access, previews, downloads, licensed Content and communications, a notice dealing with purpose and scope should identify what happened, the relevant effective time and the practical next step, unless disclosure would compromise security, another person’s rights or a lawful investigation.

2. General standard

2.1 General standard standard. Users must act lawfully, honestly, securely and consistently with the product licence and rights of others. For general standard, the provision is confined to accounts, checkout, catalogue access, previews, downloads, licensed Content and communications and does not enlarge the user’s rights beyond the product description, Order confirmation or applicable law.

2.2 Requests about general standard. For accounts, checkout, catalogue access, previews, downloads, licensed Content and communications, safeguards used for general standard protect purchasers, rights holders, payment participants and the service. They may be tightened where a credible security or rights risk exists and relaxed after that risk is resolved.

2.3 User duties for general standard. Within accounts, checkout, catalogue access, previews, downloads, licensed Content and communications, when general standard requires user input, the user must give accurate and current information, use the available account or support route and take reasonable steps within the user’s control. Deliberate circumvention or materially misleading information may change the available outcome.

3. Age and authorised use

3.1 Age and authorised use standard. The website, accounts and licensed downloads are intended for users aged 18 years or over; minors may not place Orders or operate accounts. For age and authorised use, the provision is confined to accounts, checkout, catalogue access, previews, downloads, licensed Content and communications and does not enlarge the user’s rights beyond the product description, Order confirmation or applicable law.

3.2 Correction of age and authorised use. For accounts, checkout, catalogue access, previews, downloads, licensed Content and communications, operational delivery of age and authorised use may depend on provider systems and the user’s device or network. A temporary technical limitation does not alter the underlying contractual or statutory position.

3.3 Information relevant to age and authorised use. The normal treatment of age and authorised use may be adjusted for lawful security research authorised in writing and rights that cannot legally be restricted. Any adjustment must remain proportionate and must not remove a right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

4. Account and access security

4.1 Account and access security standard. Credentials, links and download entitlements are personal to the authorised account and may not be shared or sold. For account and access security, the provision is confined to accounts, checkout, catalogue access, previews, downloads, licensed Content and communications and does not enlarge the user’s rights beyond the product description, Order confirmation or applicable law.

4.2 Decision criteria for account and access security. Within accounts, checkout, catalogue access, previews, downloads, licensed Content and communications, a notice dealing with account and access security should identify what happened, the relevant effective time and the practical next step, unless disclosure would compromise security, another person’s rights or a lawful investigation.

4.3 Limits on account and access security. If account and access security cannot be completed as expected, the response may include warning, blocking, link revocation, suspension, termination, licence enforcement or legal reporting. The response should address the affected Order, account, record or use rather than impose a broader restriction without reason.

4.4 Correction of account and access security. For accounts, checkout, catalogue access, previews, downloads, licensed Content and communications, operational delivery of account and access security may depend on provider systems and the user’s device or network. A temporary technical limitation does not alter the underlying contractual or statutory position.

4.5 Information relevant to account and access security. The normal treatment of account and access security may be adjusted for lawful security research authorised in writing and rights that cannot legally be restricted. Any adjustment must remain proportionate and must not remove a right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

5. Permitted content use

5.1 Creative integration. A licensed Asset may be used in a website, advertisement, presentation, publication, social post, video or client deliverable when incorporated into a broader work.

5.2 Internal handling. Employees and contractors may access the file only for the purchaser’s authorised project and must protect it from unauthorised copying.

5.3 Client delivery. A client may receive a completed or flattened output. A reusable source file or independent right to extract the Asset requires a separate licence.

5.4 Product labels. Editorial-only, release, attribution, territory or extended-licence labels must be followed even where the general licence would otherwise permit the medium.

6. Source-file redistribution and sublicensing

6.1 No stock resale. An Asset may not be uploaded to another stock library, marketplace, repository, wallpaper service or download collection.

6.2 No source transfer. Users must not email, share, sell, rent, lend or publicly expose the original file or a substantially identical extract.

6.3 No template substitution. A product may not make the Asset available for end users to customise or extract unless a specific template or extended licence permits it.

6.4 No access sharing. Secure links, account credentials and Bundle archives may not be posted, pooled, resold or shared beyond authorised project personnel.

7. Scraping and technical interference

7.1 Scraping and technical interference standard. Automated extraction, circumvention, probing, malware and interference with security or service integrity are prohibited. For scraping and technical interference, the provision is confined to accounts, checkout, catalogue access, previews, downloads, licensed Content and communications and does not enlarge the user’s rights beyond the product description, Order confirmation or applicable law.

7.2 Requests about scraping and technical interference. For accounts, checkout, catalogue access, previews, downloads, licensed Content and communications, safeguards used for scraping and technical interference protect purchasers, rights holders, payment participants and the service. They may be tightened where a credible security or rights risk exists and relaxed after that risk is resolved.

7.3 User duties for scraping and technical interference. Within accounts, checkout, catalogue access, previews, downloads, licensed Content and communications, when scraping and technical interference requires user input, the user must give accurate and current information, use the available account or support route and take reasonable steps within the user’s control. Deliberate circumvention or materially misleading information may change the available outcome.

8. Intellectual-property and personality rights

8.1 No ownership claim. The licence does not transfer copyright or permit the user to claim authorship of an unmodified Asset.

8.2 Trademark restriction. Non-exclusive stock content must not be registered as a trademark, logo or exclusive source identifier.

8.3 Additional clearance. The user must obtain any permission required for a sensitive context, recognisable trademark, artwork, location, model or property where the product information does not grant it.

8.4 Notice response. On a substantiated rights notice, the user must cooperate, stop the questioned use where reasonably required and preserve relevant Order and project evidence.

9. Unlawful, harmful and deceptive uses

9.1 Illegal material. The service and Assets must not be used to facilitate crime, exploitation, threats, harassment, unlawful discrimination or infringement.

9.2 Misrepresentation. A user must not fabricate sponsorship, accreditation, identity, medical evidence, financial claims or news provenance using an Asset.

9.3 Defamation and privacy. Content must not be placed in a false or humiliating context that unlawfully harms reputation or reveals private information.

9.4 Safety. Users must not distribute malware, phishing material, credential theft, deceptive payment instructions or content intended to compromise a person or system.

10. Sensitive contexts and false endorsement

10.1 Sensitive contexts and false endorsement standard. Use must not imply that a depicted person or property endorses a product, condition, political view or sensitive claim without permission. For sensitive contexts and false endorsement, the provision is confined to accounts, checkout, catalogue access, previews, downloads, licensed Content and communications and does not enlarge the user’s rights beyond the product description, Order confirmation or applicable law.

10.2 Limits on sensitive contexts and false endorsement. If sensitive contexts and false endorsement cannot be completed as expected, the response may include warning, blocking, link revocation, suspension, termination, licence enforcement or legal reporting. The response should address the affected Order, account, record or use rather than impose a broader restriction without reason.

10.3 Correction of sensitive contexts and false endorsement. For accounts, checkout, catalogue access, previews, downloads, licensed Content and communications, operational delivery of sensitive contexts and false endorsement may depend on provider systems and the user’s device or network. A temporary technical limitation does not alter the underlying contractual or statutory position.

11. Payment, refund and account abuse

11.1 Authorised method. A user may submit only a payment method the user is authorised to use and must provide accurate billing and identity information.

11.2 No false dispute. A user must not deny a recognised Order, conceal successful delivery or submit materially false evidence to obtain a refund or chargeback.

11.3 No double recovery. A merchant refund and issuer credit may not both be retained for the same amount.

11.4 No evasion. Creating accounts, changing identifiers or using automated attempts to bypass a restriction, download limit or security control is prohibited.

12. Artificial intelligence and competing datasets

12.1 Artificial intelligence and competing datasets standard. Assets may not be used to train or build a competing stock, biometric or generative dataset without a specific written licence. For artificial intelligence and competing datasets, the provision is confined to accounts, checkout, catalogue access, previews, downloads, licensed Content and communications and does not enlarge the user’s rights beyond the product description, Order confirmation or applicable law.

12.2 Related provisions for artificial intelligence and competing datasets. Within accounts, checkout, catalogue access, previews, downloads, licensed Content and communications, a question or correction about artificial intelligence and competing datasets may be sent to info@shot-flow.com with enough detail to identify the relevant Order, account or interaction. Full payment credentials and unrelated personal information must not be sent by email.

12.3 Controls for artificial intelligence and competing datasets. A decision concerning artificial intelligence and competing datasets may take account of account links, traffic patterns, payment events, download logs, public distribution and communications. The weight assigned to a record depends on reliability, context and any credible contrary material supplied by the user.

12.4 Correction of artificial intelligence and competing datasets. For accounts, checkout, catalogue access, previews, downloads, licensed Content and communications, operational delivery of artificial intelligence and competing datasets may depend on provider systems and the user’s device or network. A temporary technical limitation does not alter the underlying contractual or statutory position.

12.5 Outcome for artificial intelligence and competing datasets. The rules on artificial intelligence and competing datasets should be read with the Terms & Conditions and every operational policy incorporated into them. Where two provisions address the same event, the more specific operational rule governs that event while mandatory law prevails over both.

13. Monitoring and investigation

13.1 Monitoring and investigation standard. Shot Flow may use proportionate logs, reports and review to investigate suspected breach while respecting privacy law. For monitoring and investigation, the provision is confined to accounts, checkout, catalogue access, previews, downloads, licensed Content and communications and does not enlarge the user’s rights beyond the product description, Order confirmation or applicable law.

13.2 How monitoring and investigation operates. To administer monitoring and investigation, Shot Flow uses rate limits, security controls, rights notices, payment review, investigations and proportionate enforcement. Each control is selected for the stated purpose and must not be repurposed for an unrelated objective.

13.3 Requests about monitoring and investigation. For accounts, checkout, catalogue access, previews, downloads, licensed Content and communications, safeguards used for monitoring and investigation protect purchasers, rights holders, payment participants and the service. They may be tightened where a credible security or rights risk exists and relaxed after that risk is resolved.

14. Enforcement actions

14.1 Proportionate response. The response considers severity, intent, recurrence, user impact, rights-holder risk and whether a prompt cure is credible.

14.2 Urgent restriction. Immediate restriction may be used for account compromise, malware, payment fraud, public source-file leakage or a credible rights emergency.

14.3 Licence consequence. A material licence breach may terminate permission for the affected Asset and require removal of source files and infringing uses.

14.4 Preserved rights. Enforcement does not remove non-excludable consumer, privacy, issuer, regulator or court rights.

15. Reporting concerns and appeals

15.1 Reporting concerns and appeals standard. Rights holders and users may report concerns and provide evidence or seek review of an enforcement decision. For reporting concerns and appeals, the provision is confined to accounts, checkout, catalogue access, previews, downloads, licensed Content and communications and does not enlarge the user’s rights beyond the product description, Order confirmation or applicable law.

15.2 Limits on reporting concerns and appeals. If reporting concerns and appeals cannot be completed as expected, the response may include warning, blocking, link revocation, suspension, termination, licence enforcement or legal reporting. The response should address the affected Order, account, record or use rather than impose a broader restriction without reason.

15.3 Correction of reporting concerns and appeals. For accounts, checkout, catalogue access, previews, downloads, licensed Content and communications, operational delivery of reporting concerns and appeals may depend on provider systems and the user’s device or network. A temporary technical limitation does not alter the underlying contractual or statutory position.

15.4 Information relevant to reporting concerns and appeals. The normal treatment of reporting concerns and appeals may be adjusted for lawful security research authorised in writing and rights that cannot legally be restricted. Any adjustment must remain proportionate and must not remove a right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

15.5 Misuse safeguards for reporting concerns and appeals. In applying reporting concerns and appeals to accounts, checkout, catalogue access, previews, downloads, licensed Content and communications, if an initial decision relied on incomplete information, the user may submit material new evidence. Shot Flow will reconsider the affected point without requiring repetition of information already held.

16. Changes and contact

16.1 Changes and contact standard. This policy may be updated prospectively and questions may be sent to info@shot-flow.com. For changes and contact, the provision is confined to accounts, checkout, catalogue access, previews, downloads, licensed Content and communications and does not enlarge the user’s rights beyond the product description, Order confirmation or applicable law.

16.2 Misuse safeguards for changes and contact. In applying changes and contact to accounts, checkout, catalogue access, previews, downloads, licensed Content and communications, if an initial decision relied on incomplete information, the user may submit material new evidence. Shot Flow will reconsider the affected point without requiring repetition of information already held.

16.3 Limits on changes and contact. If changes and contact cannot be completed as expected, the response may include warning, blocking, link revocation, suspension, termination, licence enforcement or legal reporting. The response should address the affected Order, account, record or use rather than impose a broader restriction without reason.
