No subscription: Shot Flow currently uses one-time purchases and does not operate an automatically renewing subscription. “Cancellation” therefore concerns an Order before digital supply begins, withdrawal from a distance contract where the right remains available, or closure of a Shot Flow account.

1. Purpose and scope

1.1 Purpose and scope standard. This policy explains Order cancellation, statutory withdrawal, account closure and the effect on licences and access. For purpose and scope, the provision is confined to account closure, pending Orders, suspension, termination, dormancy and service retirement and does not enlarge the user’s rights beyond the product description, Order confirmation or applicable law.

1.2 Misuse safeguards for purpose and scope. In applying purpose and scope to account closure, pending Orders, suspension, termination, dormancy and service retirement, if an initial decision relied on incomplete information, the user may submit material new evidence. Shot Flow will reconsider the affected point without requiring repetition of information already held.

1.3 Limits on purpose and scope. If purpose and scope cannot be completed as expected, the response may include access closure, link expiry, entitlement extinction, evidence preservation or conditional restoration. The response should address the affected Order, account, record or use rather than impose a broader restriction without reason.

1.4 How purpose and scope operates. To administer purpose and scope, Shot Flow uses verified closure requests, access controls, notices, data separation and restoration review. Each control is selected for the stated purpose and must not be repurposed for an unrelated objective.

1.5 Requests about purpose and scope. For account closure, pending Orders, suspension, termination, dormancy and service retirement, safeguards used for purpose and scope protect purchasers, rights holders, payment participants and the service. They may be tightened where a credible security or rights risk exists and relaxed after that risk is resolved.

2. Current commercial model

2.1 One-time charge. Each accepted Order covers the Asset or Bundle identified at checkout and does not create recurring billing.

2.2 No renewal date. There is no monthly or annual renewal, minimum subscription term, notice period or automatic renewal to cancel.

2.3 No token balance. The purchase creates a digital-content licence and access entitlement, not a stored-value or cash-redeemable balance.

2.4 Future offers. A future recurring service would be governed by separate, prominently disclosed renewal and cancellation terms accepted before the first recurring charge.

3. Age and authority

3.1 Age and authority standard. Account holders and purchasers must be at least 18 years old and legally able to request cancellation or closure. For age and authority, the provision is confined to account closure, pending Orders, suspension, termination, dormancy and service retirement and does not enlarge the user’s rights beyond the product description, Order confirmation or applicable law.

3.2 User duties for age and authority. Within account closure, pending Orders, suspension, termination, dormancy and service retirement, when age and authority requires user input, the user must give accurate and current information, use the available account or support route and take reasonable steps within the user’s control. Deliberate circumvention or materially misleading information may change the available outcome.

3.3 Misuse safeguards for age and authority. In applying age and authority to account closure, pending Orders, suspension, termination, dormancy and service retirement, if an initial decision relied on incomplete information, the user may submit material new evidence. Shot Flow will reconsider the affected point without requiring repetition of information already held.

4. Cancellation before Order acceptance

4.1 Cancellation before Order acceptance standard. A user may ask to stop a pending Order before acceptance and digital supply. For cancellation before order acceptance, the provision is confined to account closure, pending Orders, suspension, termination, dormancy and service retirement and does not enlarge the user’s rights beyond the product description, Order confirmation or applicable law.

4.2 Requests about cancellation before order acceptance. For account closure, pending Orders, suspension, termination, dormancy and service retirement, safeguards used for cancellation before order acceptance protect purchasers, rights holders, payment participants and the service. They may be tightened where a credible security or rights risk exists and relaxed after that risk is resolved.

4.3 Information relevant to cancellation before order acceptance. The normal treatment of cancellation before order acceptance may be adjusted for legal retention, unresolved disputes, security holds and continuing valid licence obligations. Any adjustment must remain proportionate and must not remove a right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

4.4 Decision criteria for cancellation before order acceptance. Within account closure, pending Orders, suspension, termination, dormancy and service retirement, a notice dealing with cancellation before order acceptance should identify what happened, the relevant effective time and the practical next step, unless disclosure would compromise security, another person’s rights or a lawful investigation.

5. Consumer cancellation period

5.1 General period. A consumer may ordinarily cancel a distance contract within 14 days after it is made, without giving a reason, where the statutory right applies.

5.2 Digital-content exception. For non-tangible digital content, the right may end when supply begins after the consumer expressly requested immediate performance and acknowledged the loss of the right.

5.3 Before commencement. Where supply has not begun and a valid request is received within the cancellation period, Shot Flow will ordinarily cancel and refund the Order.

5.4 Mandatory local rights. A consumer retains any stricter mandatory right applicable in the country of residence.

6. Immediate supply and loss of cancellation right

6.1 Affirmative consent. A pre-ticked box, silence or buried clause is not treated as the user’s express request for immediate digital supply where affirmative consent is required.

6.2 Acknowledgement. Checkout must also record acknowledgement that the cancellation right is lost once supply begins.

6.3 Commencement. Supply begins when a working access mechanism is made available in accordance with the fulfilment process.

6.4 Conformity preserved. Loss of a change-of-mind right does not affect remedies for non-delivery or non-conforming digital content.

7. Non-conforming digital content

7.1 Non-conforming digital content standard. Cancellation rules do not displace remedies for defective, corrupted or materially misdescribed content. For non-conforming digital content, the provision is confined to account closure, pending Orders, suspension, termination, dormancy and service retirement and does not enlarge the user’s rights beyond the product description, Order confirmation or applicable law.

7.2 How non-conforming digital content operates. To administer non-conforming digital content, Shot Flow uses verified closure requests, access controls, notices, data separation and restoration review. Each control is selected for the stated purpose and must not be repurposed for an unrelated objective.

7.3 Requests about non-conforming digital content. For account closure, pending Orders, suspension, termination, dormancy and service retirement, safeguards used for non-conforming digital content protect purchasers, rights holders, payment participants and the service. They may be tightened where a credible security or rights risk exists and relaxed after that risk is resolved.

7.4 Information relevant to non-conforming digital content. The normal treatment of non-conforming digital content may be adjusted for legal retention, unresolved disputes, security holds and continuing valid licence obligations. Any adjustment must remain proportionate and must not remove a right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

7.5 Decision criteria for non-conforming digital content. Within account closure, pending Orders, suspension, termination, dormancy and service retirement, a notice dealing with non-conforming digital content should identify what happened, the relevant effective time and the practical next step, unless disclosure would compromise security, another person’s rights or a lawful investigation.

8.1 How to submit a cancellation request standard. Requests are sent to info@shot-flow.com with sufficient Order or account information. For how to submit a cancellation request, the provision is confined to account closure, pending Orders, suspension, termination, dormancy and service retirement and does not enlarge the user’s rights beyond the product description, Order confirmation or applicable law.

8.2 Limits on how to submit a cancellation request. If how to submit a cancellation request cannot be completed as expected, the response may include access closure, link expiry, entitlement extinction, evidence preservation or conditional restoration. The response should address the affected Order, account, record or use rather than impose a broader restriction without reason.

8.3 How how to submit a cancellation request operates. To administer how to submit a cancellation request, Shot Flow uses verified closure requests, access controls, notices, data separation and restoration review. Each control is selected for the stated purpose and must not be repurposed for an unrelated objective.

9.1 Processing and timing standard. Shot Flow verifies status, consent, payment and delivery before confirming the outcome. For processing and timing, the provision is confined to account closure, pending Orders, suspension, termination, dormancy and service retirement and does not enlarge the user’s rights beyond the product description, Order confirmation or applicable law.

For refund consequences, the provision is confined to account closure, pending Orders, suspension, termination, dormancy and service retirement and does not enlarge the user’s rights beyond the product description, Order confirmation or applicable law.

10.2 Correction of refund consequences. Any adjustment must remain proportionate and must not remove a right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

12.4 Preparation. Before closure, the user should download lawfully purchased files and preserve receipts because access to the account library may end.

13. Effect of account closure on purchases

13.1 No automatic refund. Account closure is not a cancellation of completed digital-content Orders and does not create a cash refund.

13.2 Access. The account library and re-download functions may become unavailable after closure, so users should maintain their own lawful backups.

13.3 Existing licences. A valid licence for a fully paid Asset continues for compliant completed and future uses unless it was terminated for breach or the Order was refunded or reversed.
