Schedule 1 — Practical service rules
1. About these Terms
1.1 About these Terms standard. These Terms form the contract between the purchaser and CHALET AQUARIUS LTD for access to Shot Flow and each accepted Order. For about these terms, the provision is confined to website use, accounts, one-time Orders, Assets, Bundles and the licence and does not enlarge the user’s rights beyond the product description, Order confirmation or applicable law.
1.2 Outcome for about these terms. The rules on about these terms should be read with the Privacy, Cookie, Refund, Payment, Cancellation, Fulfilment and Acceptable Use Policies. Where two provisions address the same event, the more specific operational rule governs that event while mandatory law prevails over both.
1.3 Decision criteria for about these terms. Within website use, accounts, one-time Orders, Assets, Bundles and the licence, a notice dealing with about these terms should identify what happened, the relevant effective time and the practical next step, unless disclosure would compromise security, another person’s rights or a lawful investigation.
1.4 Limits on about these terms. If about these terms cannot be completed as expected, the response may include access restriction, link revocation, licence termination, refund reversal or a legal remedy. The response should address the affected Order, account, record or use rather than impose a broader restriction without reason.
2. Definitions
2.1 Asset and Bundle. “Asset” means an individual photograph or visual file offered through Shot Flow. “Bundle” means a packaged group of Assets sold in one Order. “Content” includes previews, thumbnails, metadata and downloaded files.
2.2 Licence and Order. “Licence” is the limited permission granted under these Terms and is separate from copyright ownership. “Order” is an accepted purchase identified by an order confirmation.
2.3 Download and Delivery. “Download” means retrieval through the website or a secure link. “Delivery” occurs when a working means of access is made available to the purchase email, account or order page.
3. Eligibility and account use
3.1 Eligibility and account use standard. A purchaser must be at least 18 and have authority to act personally or for the organisation named at checkout. For eligibility and account use, the provision is confined to website use, accounts, one-time Orders, Assets, Bundles and the licence and does not enlarge the user’s rights beyond the product description, Order confirmation or applicable law.
3.2 User duties for eligibility and account use. Within website use, accounts, one-time Orders, Assets, Bundles and the licence, when eligibility and account use requires user input, the user must give accurate and current information, use the available account or support route and take reasonable steps within the user’s control. Deliberate circumvention or materially misleading information may change the available outcome.
3.3 Related provisions for eligibility and account use. Within website use, accounts, one-time Orders, Assets, Bundles and the licence, a question or correction about eligibility and account use may be sent to info@shot-flow.com with enough detail to identify the relevant Order, account or interaction. Full payment credentials and unrelated personal information must not be sent by email.
3.4 How eligibility and account use operates. To administer eligibility and account use, Shot Flow uses order controls, licence metadata, download restrictions, notices and support review. Each control is selected for the stated purpose and must not be repurposed for an unrelated objective.
3.5 Outcome for eligibility and account use. The rules on eligibility and account use should be read with the Privacy, Cookie, Refund, Payment, Cancellation, Fulfilment and Acceptable Use Policies. Where two provisions address the same event, the more specific operational rule governs that event while mandatory law prevails over both.
4. Scope of licence and permitted use
4.1 Licence grant. After full payment, the purchaser may reproduce, display, adapt and incorporate the Asset into lawful websites, advertising, presentations, publications, social media, video and client deliverables, subject to the product label.
4.2 End-product condition. The Asset must form part of a broader design or production and must not be supplied as a standalone downloadable source file. Employees and contractors may handle it only for the purchaser’s project.
4.3 Client work. A completed end product may be supplied to a client, but the client does not receive an independent right to extract, reuse or redistribute the source Asset without its own licence.
4.4 Duration. A properly purchased licence is perpetual unless terminated for material breach. Account closure alone does not revoke compliant completed uses.
5. Stock content, Bundles and licence limits
5.1 Non-exclusivity. The same Asset may be licensed to multiple users. Purchase does not create exclusivity, endorsement, trademark rights or a promise that similar content will not be available elsewhere.
5.2 Releases. A model or property release is included only where the product information expressly says so. The user must determine whether the intended jurisdiction or sensitive context requires additional permission.
5.3 Editorial content. An editorial-only Asset may be used for newsworthy, documentary or public-interest commentary but not to imply commercial sponsorship or approval.
5.4 Bundle scope. Product-level download limits apply to the Bundle as a whole, while the licence restrictions apply separately to every included Asset.
6. Purchases, billing and taxes
6.1 Price transparency. Prices are displayed in GBP unless checkout expressly offers another supported currency. The selected product, subtotal, applicable tax and final total appear before submission.
6.2 One-time billing. Shot Flow sells Assets and Bundles as one-time purchases. No automatic renewal or recurring subscription applies unless a future offer states the renewal terms and obtains separate consent.
6.3 Authorisation. The payment service provider submits the selected method for authorisation. An acknowledgement is not final acceptance while payment remains pending, reversed or under security review.
6.4 Descriptor. Card payments may appear as SHOT-FLOW.COM. Users should contact support before disputing an unfamiliar entry where safe and practical.
7. Delivery of digital content
7.1 Method and timing. Most successful Orders are available immediately and within five minutes through an account, order page or secure link. A security review may delay delivery for up to 24 hours.
7.2 Completion point. Delivery is complete when a working download mechanism is granted and our systems record that access was made available. An invalid link or materially corrupted file is not proper fulfilment until corrected.
7.3 User environment. The user is responsible for a reliable connection, sufficient storage and compatible software. Purchased files should be downloaded and backed up promptly.
7.4 Evidence. Order, email, token, content-delivery and download logs may evidence fulfilment, without preventing consideration of contrary technical evidence.
8. No redemption, resale or cash-out
8.1 No redemption, resale or cash-out standard. Download rights are contractual entitlements, not money, e-money, stored value or transferable financial instruments. For no redemption, resale or cash-out, the provision is confined to website use, accounts, one-time Orders, Assets, Bundles and the licence and does not enlarge the user’s rights beyond the product description, Order confirmation or applicable law.
8.2 Controls for no redemption, resale or cash-out. A decision concerning no redemption, resale or cash-out may take account of the product page, order confirmation, payment status, access logs, licence label and correspondence. The weight assigned to a record depends on reliability, context and any credible contrary material supplied by the user.
8.3 Correction of no redemption, resale or cash-out. For website use, accounts, one-time Orders, Assets, Bundles and the licence, operational delivery of no redemption, resale or cash-out may depend on provider systems and the user’s device or network. A temporary technical limitation does not alter the underlying contractual or statutory position.
9. User conduct and prohibited activity
9.1 User conduct and prohibited activity standard. Users must not scrape the catalogue, share secure links, redistribute source files or use Content for unlawful or misleading purposes. For user conduct and prohibited activity, the provision is confined to website use, accounts, one-time Orders, Assets, Bundles and the licence and does not enlarge the user’s rights beyond the product description, Order confirmation or applicable law.
9.2 User duties for user conduct and prohibited activity. Within website use, accounts, one-time Orders, Assets, Bundles and the licence, when user conduct and prohibited activity requires user input, the user must give accurate and current information, use the available account or support route and take reasonable steps within the user’s control. Deliberate circumvention or materially misleading information may change the available outcome.
9.3 Misuse safeguards for user conduct and prohibited activity. In applying user conduct and prohibited activity to website use, accounts, one-time Orders, Assets, Bundles and the licence, if an initial decision relied on incomplete information, the user may submit material new evidence. Shot Flow will reconsider the affected point without requiring repetition of information already held.
10. User submissions and support materials
10.1 User submissions and support materials standard. Search terms, feedback and support attachments may be processed only to operate, secure and improve the service and resolve the relevant request. For user submissions and support materials, the provision is confined to website use, accounts, one-time Orders, Assets, Bundles and the licence and does not enlarge the user’s rights beyond the product description, Order confirmation or applicable law.
10.2 Outcome for user submissions and support materials. The rules on user submissions and support materials should be read with the Privacy, Cookie, Refund, Payment, Cancellation, Fulfilment and Acceptable Use Policies. Where two provisions address the same event, the more specific operational rule governs that event while mandatory law prevails over both.
10.3 Decision criteria for user submissions and support materials. Within website use, accounts, one-time Orders, Assets, Bundles and the licence, a notice dealing with user submissions and support materials should identify what happened, the relevant effective time and the practical next step, unless disclosure would compromise security, another person’s rights or a lawful investigation.
10.4 Limits on user submissions and support materials. If user submissions and support materials cannot be completed as expected, the response may include access restriction, link revocation, licence termination, refund reversal or a legal remedy. The response should address the affected Order, account, record or use rather than impose a broader restriction without reason.
11. Intellectual property
11.1 Intellectual property standard. Shot Flow and its licensors retain copyright, database rights, trademarks and all rights not expressly granted. For intellectual property, the provision is confined to website use, accounts, one-time Orders, Assets, Bundles and the licence and does not enlarge the user’s rights beyond the product description, Order confirmation or applicable law.
11.2 Limits on intellectual property. If intellectual property cannot be completed as expected, the response may include access restriction, link revocation, licence termination, refund reversal or a legal remedy. The response should address the affected Order, account, record or use rather than impose a broader restriction without reason.
11.3 Correction of intellectual property. For website use, accounts, one-time Orders, Assets, Bundles and the licence, operational delivery of intellectual property may depend on provider systems and the user’s device or network. A temporary technical limitation does not alter the underlying contractual or statutory position.
11.4 Information relevant to intellectual property. The normal treatment of intellectual property may be adjusted for mandatory law, asset-specific restrictions, substantiated rights claims and proportionate security action. Any adjustment must remain proportionate and must not remove a right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
11.5 Misuse safeguards for intellectual property. In applying intellectual property to website use, accounts, one-time Orders, Assets, Bundles and the licence, if an initial decision relied on incomplete information, the user may submit material new evidence. Shot Flow will reconsider the affected point without requiring repetition of information already held.
12. Updates, maintenance and service changes
12.1 Updates, maintenance and service changes standard. Catalogue, file formats, search and security controls may change prospectively without retrospectively removing a paid licence. The weight assigned to a record depends on reliability, context and any credible contrary material supplied by the user.
12.3 Requests about updates, maintenance and service changes. For website use, accounts, one-time Orders, Assets, Bundles and the licence, safeguards used for updates, maintenance and service changes protect purchasers, rights holders, payment participants and the service. They may be tightened where a credible security or rights risk exists and relaxed after that risk is resolved.
12.4 User duties for updates, maintenance and service changes. Within website use, accounts, one-time Orders, Assets, Bundles and the licence, when updates, maintenance and service changes requires user input, the user must give accurate and current information, use the available account or support route and take reasonable steps within the user’s control. Deliberate circumvention or materially misleading information may change the available outcome.

Within website use, accounts, one-time Orders, Assets, Bundles and the licence, a question or correction about updates, maintenance and service changes may be sent to info@shot-flow.com with enough detail to identify the relevant Order, account or interaction. 14. Consumer rights and statutory protections
14.1 Digital-content standard. Content supplied to a consumer must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for an accepted purpose. Repair, replacement, price reduction or refund may be available where mandatory law provides.
14.2 Fourteen-day right. A consumer may have a 14-day right to cancel a distance contract. That right may be lost for immediate digital supply only after express prior consent and acknowledgement of the loss.
14.3 Defects remain covered. Consent to immediate supply does not remove remedies for non-delivery, corruption, material misdescription or another failure to conform.
14.4 Local rights. Consumers outside England and Wales retain any stricter mandatory protection applying in their country of residence.
15. Refunds and billing disputes
